We are a small but efficient company that offers a cheap and reliable service with 24 hour call out and no call out charge. We cover all aspects of drainage from clearing blocked sinks, baths, toilets, stack pipes, gullies, manhole chambers, foul and surface water systems etc. to new installations, repairs, CCTV surveys and soak-away installations. we carry out preventive maintenance on properties such as restaurants, pubs etc. We do drive way and patio cleaning by using H.P.W Jetting to bring your tired looking patio or drive way back to life. We here at Maxin Drains offer a friendly and knowledgeable service and we aim to give the best service possible. We are fully insured and have public liability cover. Our vehicles are fully equipped with all drain clearing equipment from plungers to H.P.W Jetting machine. We also carry on board a wet vac, mops, buckets and disinfectant so you can rest assured that we are able to leave the area clean and sanitized.

The standard of work is very good, and the room was vacuumed before he left. The cost of the job was within my budget. And very reasonable Mason is very reliable, he arranged times to be with me, texted me to let me know when he was on his way. Quiet unassuming craftsman, totally reliable, turned up when he said he would and did a very good job. We asked him to install new toilet and basin in our cloakroom and to re- tile, he did a very good job and overcome problems as they arose without any drama. Also very good value.
