Artificial grass- I had a hard time with him to get the job done. A lot of defects and issues of work done and initially was arguing a lot for them and then looked into 3 weeks later. He was not at the site and his workmen were trying to fool me out constantly even at major mistakes they were doing. I had to get into the work to get it done to an acceptable level even though it was not done as agreed. I’m asking now for 2 weeks for the invoice for the payment still not had as promised by post/email.

We hired Christopher to excavate our lawn, level it, and then lay a new lawn with a flower bed. We are incredibly happy with the final result and effort Christopher and Ricky put in. Not only are they incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but they were happy to go the extra mile by planting plants we had ready, securing drains on the patio and returning to carry out the first lawn mow. Did work within our budget but the quality of work is questionable. Pros Polite and did work within our budget. Cons 1. After 1 week, plants are growing through the tarmac which is highly disappointing. Seemed like I wasted my money and that is the only reason why I have given them a 2 star.

He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance
