Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

Mr Harris was punctual, helpful and I felt very fair with his prices. The two pieces of work on a window and a roof were less than other national firms and competitive with local builders. He kept in contact with me by text and e mail and only wanted paying after he had completed the job. He also guaranteed the roof repairs and so far so good I have not had to ask him to return. I liked Mr Harris ,his manner and he came across as someone you cold trust.

My garden had got so overgrown and was, quite frankly, a bit of an embarrassment.These guys did a fantastic job sorting it out and so quickly as well - I called to arrange on a Sunday afternoon, and they were able to complete the job by the time I was back from work the next day. Completed some extra works with no complaints (removal of vegetation that I was supposed to do!). And most importantly, a perfect end product which now puts the rest of the house to shame.
