We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

Drainage job completed to my satisfaction and the garden was left in a reasonable state on completion. Not turning up at agreed times and the lack of communication was problematic, but we got there in the end.

Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard. He arrived on time and I left him to it while I went to work and arrived home to find a job well done and everything as clean as I had left it. (He would not accept payment until i viewed and confirmed satisfaction with the work. A lovely surprise! He even came back after I had a change of mind and wanted another row of tiling in the kitchen and only asked petrol money. I would highly recommend.
