A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I know he hasn’t finished my job yet but the workmanship of all his team has been very impressive. I have watched demolition, bricklaying and now carpentry building walls, roof and floors. Victor is a professional business owner and quoted competitively. His son completed the work - both nice guys. I’m not leaving the full 5 stars because; only part way through the job did Victor bring to my attention that a plumber would be required (at extra cost), the grouting in corners was inconsistent/messy, and after the job was done I had to scrub grout off the tiles, paint, skirting boards, trim and floors, and clean up where prep work had been done outside the house.
