Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. The flat roof made into a sloping roof with a sliding door and velux window has transferred the newly fitted kitchen which was installed. They did above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
