We have been very pleased with all aspects of Chris's work, the job was started on time and completed as scheduled. The en suite and downstairs loo being done before Christmas and the Main Family bathroom in the New Year. Any Snags were overcome and a high quaility finish in all rooms bringing our bathrooms upto date. Chris arrived when he said he would often 7.30 in the morning and even Saturdays. We would recommend Chris to family and friends without question, and have him back in the future - Fiona Kevin and Family

We are 4th generation of decorator's, luckily most of our work is through word of month, we rarely advertise. We have been on rated books for over four years and hardly ever need to use their scheme, such is our workload! But as self employed traditional painters and plasterers we do become short of work sometimes. We are not toshers, so never work for estate agents looking for quick tosh outs. We do things properly, as taught by the old City and Guilds, so you get a good long lasting finish

We have extensive experience of lime plastering, render and traditional materials such as lath and plaster and wattle and daub. We also undertake repointing and wall repairs with flint and clunch. I have an MSc in Building Conservation and can advise on many aspects of the care and renewal of traditional buildings whether listed or not. Issues such as damp and insulation in old properties are a speciality. We can also recommend and liaise with other tradespeople who are qualified to repair historic timber, brick and stone. We have a detailed knowledge of regulations as they apply to Listed Buildings and have long experience of guiding owners through the process of obtaining listed building consent. Dan did such a great job with our 17th century lime wall. Painstakingly removing the modern repair without damaging the surrounding plaster and then re-lathing and finishing with lime plaster. You can hardly see where the repair is even though we didn't skim the whole wall to preserve wall paintings. Very clean and tidy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, highly recommended.

I can highly recommend Rob and his team at Made Build Interiors. They have just finished work on our Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room and Dining room. They have completely transformed all of these rooms and we are extremely happy with the end result. Rob is a great sounding board for creative and structural ideas and has a good eye for detail and design. They kept all work areas clean and tidy and had a friendly but professional attitude.
