Phil responded to my job within 2 hours and was at my house shortly after to quote, which was fantastic. He quoted an excellent price and was here to complete the job at 7.55am for an 8am appointment - again, superb. He was tidy, putting clothes down on the carpet and cleaning up after he had finished the work. I would highly recommend Phil for any plastering work.

Catalin is very understanding and approachable, understands the needs and the struggle of his customers and helps them. Also very good communication, he responds to his call/messages within an hour if not immediately. They did few small jobs which was not part of the quote for free!I would recommend him to friends and colleagues. Reasonable prices.

We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon. The work was delivered in a timely way and to a very high standard. The guys were always cleaning up after themselves and always left the site clean and tidy. This was a big job...these guys were excellent and worked around hassles. They were very patient! I would highly recommend them any time for full bathroom fitouts!
Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.
