Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. A very good professional experience. There was a substance I didn’t have and wasn’t supplied by the manufacturers, but he completed the other tasks and came back a few days later to fit the trellises. I offered to pay for the work he’d completed that day, but said it was ok to pay when he came back to fit trellises. Very impressed with the work and will not hesitate to call on Alsite again. Highly recommended.
