Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. I watered and cut the grass regularly as I trusted but the grass just hasn’t lasted. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate.
