Simon responded quickly, sent in quote soon after his visit, arrived on time to do the work, competently moved isolator to safer position, installed clock and made good where necessay. we have since asked him to quote for other work

Keith was fantastic, he quoted over the phone and was able to carry out the work really quickly. He got the job done quickly and to the standard required at the price quoted. Ian came quickly to give us a quote. The quote was excellent and he came to do the work within days. Couldn't ask for better especially in these trying times! We were very pleased with the painting and he even painted an extra fence which wasn't quoted for. Highly recommend this tradesman!! He was friendly and respectful.

Initially the job was to decorate the hallway in my flat but when I saw the standard of work ended up having my lounge, kitchen and bedroom decorated too. Paul very friendly guy and easy to talk to , arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. Would certainly hire him again in the future and can highly recommend him.

Fantastic tradesman I can fully recommend for all work. Ross changed my sink, re sealed the bath and sinks, completed other maintenance work and painted and glossed my home to a very high standard, very quickly and for an excellent price. Extremely hard working, 100% reliable and trustworthy and someone we will be using again.

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! I'll definitely be using him again for a number of future projects we have in mind
