Hi everyone . My name is Sirghie Ghiata , I'm 36 years old, working in construction from very young child ,more than 15 years in big sites , I was working in a large area developing professional skills and a vast experience in buildings with height performances. I'm able to do different jobs like carpentry: second fix:kitchens install, doors, windows , laminate flooring , wooden flooring, skirting, etc...first fix, roof ,floor extensions,wall partitions, fences, terraces, decking etc... Fixer plasterboard , walls, ceilings, partitions, insulation lofts... Also, I have a few friends ready any time to cooperate with me to do the work for achieve the best results and height quality jobs. Together we doing the jobs like houses refurbishment , plastering, painting, bathrooms, bedrooms, loft boarding and partitions, loft leaders install, extensions and conservatories , brick walls, garden sheets, home maintenance ,upvc windows glass replacements and many more. I,m looking to do reliable jobs, to inform my clients about all the situations and methods to get the quality results in the end of work, I have a vast experience and I'm happy to give any advice. I know very well , the places where I'm working is important places for my clients, can be houses, offices, study places however the cleaning and tidy is one of our priority, keeping everything clean and protect around at any time when we doing any work action. Paul and his team were fantastic. My wife and I have always been a bit apprehensive about having people in our house when we are out, but we had no worries with Paul and his team. The picture above is of a property well over four hundred years old, very recently we finished this project for our clients after nearly two years spent refurbishing the whole of there home and a further house in the grounds, along with constructing a new kitchen and dinning room. We undertook the damp proofing, re-plastering, carpentry, re-wiring, decoration and even put up the curtain poles and hung the curtains also, and re finished all of the furniture that you can see. Our tradesmen are time served most with 30 plus years in there own professions (having completed both apprenticeships and training by the CITB Construction Industry Training Board) at Chichester Technical Collage. We do however have specialists in a number of other areas as in Damp Proofing, Timber Treatments Dry and Wet Rot, Lateral Water Penetration and Condensation problems. We are at present training one of our team to undertake (EPC) Energy Performance (Surveys) Certificates in order to help our clients with there renewable energy projects. We have both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances for your peace of mind whether we are just advising you of what you can or cant do, and a problem occurred you are covered and if some thing went wrong that was our fault you are covered also.
