Gareth, the proprietor of GMS is a qualified wood machinist by trade and has over 25 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. Alex is a really thorough worker and will not leave a job less than perfect. I had him fit a new sink and tap in my kitchen and of course it did not turn out to be a straightforward job. He did it so well that I had him rectify another plumbing job in the bathroom at the same time and both have been finished to an excellent standard. A friendly chap, persistent in finding solutions to problems and doesn't even leave rubbish behind when he's finished! Would recommend highly.

I have worked in both the construction industry and in the private sector for over 20 years having developed a wide range of skills and expertise. I particularly specialise in the causes of damp, damp- proofing solutions, plaster boarding/plastering. Bricklaying (internal and external), blockwork and stud walling. I have also successfully undertaken work in many areas of home and garden improvement/repair/maintenance, a selection including - the installation of skirting boards, internal door adjustments and re-hanging doors, laying laminate and engineered wood flooring and the assembly of flat-pack furniture. Removal and replacement of guttering, drainpipes, fascia and soffits. Decking, garden walling, handrails, patios and steps to accommodate sloping gardens. I am trustworthy, reliable and will give a realistic, competitive price for all work undertaken.

Attended address to quote for the job but was totally unprepared and took photographs rather than actually measure the dimensions of the room . Never contacted me after his visit to provide a quote so I decided to look elsewhere .
