grossly disappointed. having taken a days holiday in order to be in for the work to be completed, to be asked to provide a ladder! only for electrician then NOT to arrive is frustrating. 90mins of chasing him to finally be told, I got sent on another job is the height of unprofessionalism and completely unacceptable.

All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.
