Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Repaired garage roof. Applied base coat paint to existing worn felt to rain the water proof. Then applied a user layer of felt follow by a top coat of mineral felt. Good neat job, reasonable price and help advice given. Would recommend.

Unreliable and a time waster. Did not meet his commitment. Gave him the job but in the end he just was not interested. Should have said that in the beginning. Talks a good talk but in the end a £1600 job was below him.

Very quick response worked cleanly and provided all paint for ceiling and wood work. I supplied wall paper and paste. Would use him for painting again but wallpapering I needed to call him back to stick some areas down a couple days later. He was very keen to right this problem and brought some special glue. I am satisfied now.

David responded to my advert very promptly, came to assess the work needed and was able to start the next day. He works meticulously and has high standards. I was delighted to find someone who would undertake small jobs for me that had built up such as grouting, hanging a mirror, sealing around windows and fitting a pane of glass in an internal door. In the future I will certainly be contacting him to quote for a new lounge window. He left everywhere clean and tidy and I would certainly recommend him.

I was happy with the price quoted and arranged an installation date for the coming weekend. The team turned up on time with the materials and immediately started work. I was concerned about using a new company but Marc Burrows, a director, seemed extremely competent and confident, was keen to win the business and assured us he could accommodate our schedule, so we signed the contract on 9/2/2016 to have our boiler replaced and relocated on 21/03/16. Since then there has been no further contact. He has not replied to e-mails or text messages, phone calls unreturned both mobile and head office, and no-one turned up to do the job. Totally unreliable, do NOT use, ever!

Just had a hallway and a room skimmed, price was in line with other quotes. Upon starting work I found Ian polite and easy to communicate with, he is a very tidy worker and the quality of work is very good. I am very pleased with the result. I left Ian a key to the house as I had to go to work which he posted through the letter box every night, proving his honesty aso there were nonly issues. I will definitely be asking him to complete any further plastering I need in the future.

We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.
