Phil responded very quickly and came to the property to assess the damage and within a couple of days had fitted a temp roof cover with extra protection to stop further damage. This has been followed up with a fair quote for a full repair weather permitting very soon. Phil also went the extra mile by supplying a de-humidifier to dry out the area within the property that was affected by water ingress. He is also attentive to correspondence and calls. I had a backyard full of rubbish & kept adding to it so that i could get rid of a lot of household waste. I spoke to Darren who was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. On the day of the job Nick and Danny arrived and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Nothing was too much to ask and they were really lovely and helpful guys. I also had my backyard jet washed. I'd definitely recommend and I'll certainly be using them again.

Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. Went from £60 for this to £3850 to replace the gable end. Bought supplies and carried on after being told to stop. Demanded £500 for goods worth £200, threatened he wouldn't leave without money. Smashed some of the goods before running when I called the police.
