Both were very tidy removing a tree & clearing the garden which was so over grown we particularly liked the way they both removed all the rubbish & bushes in tidy & efficient way. They said they would take almost all day, but then announced they'd finished after 90 minutes (allowing for 30 minutes when they went away to buy petrol). They hacked a hydrangea I asked them not to touch, left many weeds and fallen leaves, cut off the tops of shrubs without attempting any shaping, and left one tall shrub untrimmed. Then they charged me £350 for 90 minutes of work by two men and a boy.

He blew leaves off the snow for 5/10mins then asked for £50cash for weed killer which we declined and he then left. Next day van problems, too wet next day. We asked for a refund not heard since. I would pay after completion. Disappointing
