Shane arrived on time, completed the job to our satisfaction sooner and in less time than he first estimated and it looks good. He was polite and listened carefully to what we needed and discussed the project in detail. He cleaned up well after himself. He recently started out on his own after working for someone else which may be why he doesn't have many ratings yet.

We was once a quality but somewhat messy builder, this give us plenty of practice at cleaning up our sites at the end of a job, we got so good at it, Kent Exterior Cleaning Services Ltd was born! Pressure washing, gutter clearance, soft washing of fascia/soffits/render/roofs, low pressure steaming at 150 degrees for fragile/listed brick/soft stones, biocide treatments to name but a few. Knowing roof coverings inside and out, along with our in house drone we can assess and advise what's best for your individual roofs requirements as not every roof is the same! Specialising in carpentry/joinery, from swinging a door to cut roofs, drone surveys with condition reports, all aspects of roof coverings, slate-tiles-liquid flat roofs-lead welding and fascia/soffit/gutter installation.
