Then they charged me £350 for 90 minutes of work by two men and a boy.

Absolutely appalling service. The contractor was unreliable, rude, and failed to turn up as agreed. I paid £1,300, only to discover that the work was dangerous and substandard. I ultimately had to pay another professional to start the job again from scratch. Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.
