Phil did a fantastic job on not only helping to cut back the overgrown trees & bushes and removal of items (wood store, composter, etc), but also built a fabulous herringbone brick pathway so I can more easily wheel my rubbish bins out to the street. Ignored our emails and messages and bl0cked our telephone calls.

Michael was very good with starting the job quickly, keeping me updated during the work, and the finished product looks great! He had great ideas which not only kept the costs down, but also kept us from needing to wait for approval from the housing cooperative to pave the whole thing over. We're very pleased. My only tip for future (and the only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars) is the need for more organisation around a formal quote with cost breakdown to make the hire process smoother.

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.
