I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. Ryan from R.A.M. Roofing quoted £140 to fix two small gutter leaks. He took full payment but did nothing. Despite repeated calls and messages, he promised to return at least FOUR times between April 15 and May 24 but never showed up. I wasted four days of annual leave waiting. Avoid Ryan or R.A.M. Roofing — quick to respond but that’s all you’ll get.
