I hired Lorring Group Ltd to install an aluminum garden gate and paid a 50% deposit upfront as per their invoice . Unfortunately, the work was never carried out, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no resolution or refund for the deposit. The lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment has been incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I trusted them to deliver the service agreed upon, but instead, I have been left out of pocket. I cannot recommend this company.

Charles arrived well before the agreed time and thoroughly assessed the job. He clearly explained his plan before starting work. He removed the tree carefully, ensuring no damage was done to nearby cars or property. All rubbish and debris were taken away, and the area was left clean and tidy. Kane and Caleb did a great job removing a 15ft high and 7' thick leylandii hedge and replacing it with a close boarded fence. They did exactly what Kane said he would and at the price agreed. His price was very competitive and I would certainly use him again for future work.
