Jake was a good lad, very knowledgable and got the problem straight on, prices were bang on. Went with a family recommended local roofer instead of Jake but definitely would recommend him for those in need.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Martin quoted for a problem with damp all around the back of my house. From the outset he was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and quoted a decent price. He carried out the work efficiently and quickly, and helped with lots of advice about other issues with the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending him 100%, and I plan to hire him again for various other jobs. It's always difficult using tradespeople you don't know but I definitely trust him to do a good job and to go above and beyond!

Matthew and his team arrived on time on one of the most windy days of the year. Within the agreed time the tree had been cut down and tidily cleared away. Great friendly service and extremely efficient in getting the job done in a pretty tricky situation by a road and on a bank.
