I so impressed with his customer relation skills, I have contracted him for some bathroom / downstairs cloakroom major renovations - see his weksite / fb page "OJF Services". He is polite and always follows up telephone and email enquiries......also I have never known to be late for an appointment. His rates a very fair for a professional job. Greg and his team were excellent. Greg was very knowledgeable and passionate, and gave me lots of good advice from the start. He was quick to be able to quote, and his price was very fair indeed. On the day the work was carried out, Greg and his team were very efficient, and hardworking. I was really impressed! They even did extra work within the working day above what was quoted. Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose.
