Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. This included using bonding to fix a panel which had been poorly installed by my developers. I’m really happy with the result and would recommend them highly!

My review does not relate to the work, as, because of their approaching to quoting, I chose not to employ them. They questioned whether I was the decision maker even after I advised that I was jointly responsible, didn't go on the roof to take a look, plucked a figure out, that happened to be the top end of the budget that RatedPeople require you to post and asked me to confirm my decision that day. When not given work,I then received a message via RP advising they had not been given opportunity to quote!
