George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. Cory and Jon made floor to ceiling bedroom wardrobes out of mdf for me to paint. I am satisfied with their work. They both worked very hard and I had no issue with giving them my house keys to get on with the job whilst I was at work. They were very trustworthy. They were very reliable though the job did take longer than anticipated.

It's been several months now job not f innished toilet didn't flush properly grouting not f innished,, basins slopes down on left and not seated on its pedestals properly, gave him £1000as he was pleading poverty and he came back 1 hour one month and 1 1/2 second month, he is too busy running his other customers down, he even cut through a hot water pipe by accident and has left tile adhesive all over my floor, doesn't clean up after himself. DO NOT EMPLOYE THIS MAN

Valleys based property maintenance. Excellent service with clean and tidy ,quick working. All aspects of kitchen fitting, bathroom suites, roof repairs on new roofs, extensions, etc. And most of all my trade has a painting and decorator with wall paper hanging etc .

They turned up without any materials and we had difficulty getting any. The fence has been put up in a bad way with short posts, and screws dangerously protruding through to next door. My old patio was not taken up as quoted, and new slabs were laid over the top. It is not level and slopes forward & sideways with a bump in the middle. Slabs are uneven, the built step has all broken away, as there is little support under it. And the grouting has gaps and different grouts used. Too many other probs to list.
The balcony repair lasted just under 3 months before it started cracking & crumbling again. Adam said he would come back & fix it. He stated that the building was moving (!) & could only be patched. A surveyor said there were no signs of subsidence. The paint repair job lasted one month...now cracked & crumbling again with insurers saying cheap materials were used...
