George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Andy and Adam were a pleasure to have working on our home, They did an excellent job of making the required changes to the chimney which although relatively small needed attention to detail and a lot of care.They did the work exactly as I'd asked and when they said they would. I hope that I can get them to do the extension that I'm planning next year. Highly recommended.
Have had my own construction company since 1998. I have completed full house restorations. I do full kitchens, full bathrooms and all wood work. My family all worked in construction so I have been around building sites all my life.
Alex is a really thorough worker and will not leave a job less than perfect. I had him fit a new sink and tap in my kitchen and of course it did not turn out to be a straightforward job. He did it so well that I had him rectify another plumbing job in the bathroom at the same time and both have been finished to an excellent standard. A friendly chap, persistent in finding solutions to problems and doesn't even leave rubbish behind when he's finished! Would recommend highly.
Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.
