To assist you further all and any initial payments are by card for mutual protections. All works are guaranteed 10 years in writing, all works sites are fully cleaned down with all old and surplus materials removed and disposed of. Would not recommend this company. Lack of communication about start date. Numerous excuses about delays at factory re frames then glass. Work eventually completed . Felt pressured to pay balance even though I was not completely satisfied with the job.

Did work which was described. Thought extra was a bit expensive so didn’t go ahead. Came down in price as soon as I said it was too expensive. Stated the tiles were and felt were loose. I saw from the picture it was just the end cap that had moved and was no problem. Stated he would have needed to reset it and if not it would leak. I had a new roof done within the past 5 years.
