Patrick arrived and after giving our roof a thorough assessment, he informed us that the job was bigger than we had realised and the roof was in desperate need of repair. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
