Patrick called me the day of the appointment to update me as to when he would arrive. He also advised of a few options available for the repair to the ridge without pushing any hard sale. I also asked if they would also be able to repair the edge of the roof and fit plastic edging. A price was agreed and the job was completed to an extremely high standard within a few hours. Was able to answer any questions I had about the products and is very reasonable in price but delivers a top quality product. Andrew did a great job fitting the extra units, liaising with Howdens and getting everything ordered. He worked efficiently and was very helpful throughout. Washing machine was moved without hassle and he sorted out a shelf problem in a tall cupboard for me. Highly recommend and would definitely use again. Very satisfied customer.
