Superb job, the light now flooding into the garden will make the difference between awful grass and no flowers to warm and lush place to be. Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

Fraser and his team recently did some work on our roof. The workers were polite, helpful and did a good job, including the clean-up afterwards. The roof required more work than we realised, but Fraser was honest and communicative. This company were timely in providing a quote and getting the work done. We would recommend them.

After receiving insurance quotes and being obliged to select the lowest price, we were leg down. Jason was a close second so we got permission to award the work to HSW. The job began two weeks earlier than expected and is now complete after 2 days. Very tidy and pleasant workers and we are pleased with the standard of workmanship.
Time served joiner for over 40 years . We have been building extensions, carrying out renovations, timber kit specialists, re- roofing property , fitting kitchens and all other work within the building trade for over 30 years and I can honestly say I love doing this .
