I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. We had bob and his team, jack and ryan in to do a dining room extention on the back of the house, also decking and a pagoda built. We are so pleased, they did an amazing job. Top quality. They were there every morning when they said they would turn up, everything was explained as it went along. Cleaned up every night.we cant recommend B&M Plastics enough. They were brilliant. Very professional outfit.Every member of the team took pride in what they did and did the work to the highest standard. Always turned up on time- I was always informed the day before any change. There were hitches - delay in delivery of bricks from the continent- but I was very well kept informed. There was a problem with one item that hadn’t been added to the castings and Scott offered to share the additional cost 50/50- that was very fair. Quality outfit,would use again.
