Hello, Been in the Building trade for over 30 years, my son has joined our team now , New to Rated People but not to the Industry . We cover all aspects of Groundworks and this is what most people can't do or just don't like the hard work . Footings , Extensions to Roofing , we recently attended Firestone rubber roofing course and they will insure it for 20 years through ourselves , felt has had it's day ! We are fully insured and offer only Quality work , straight talking , honest people , you won't be disappointed in us For the work we can not do we have qualified Electricians & Plumbers that we work with all with correct certs ect .

At city maintenanced we have a wide range of skill sets so that home owners can think of any project be it bathroom , outside deck area chimney and wall removal and we can accommodate . We can work within your budget using ideas and experience from the past . We like to start on time finishing on time clean up after completion and most importantly make it a happy non stressful occasion ,lets face it some jobs are quite large so keep the disruption to a minimum

Mark and Lee installed a new bath and shower with associated tiling new lighting and extractor they paid attention to finished detail I am extremely happy with works. Turned up on the date agreed and worked continuously until the work was completed

Great communication when there was a short delay. The work was, however, completed exactly when it was meant to be and the standard of workmanship was spot on. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend RKH finishes and would definitely use this company again if the need arose.

My trades include, but are not limited to, Plastering, Tiling, Plumbing, Flooring, Joinery, Electrical. My work is clean, reliable but most important affordable. All work is carried out to my high standards and to your satisfaction. I have enough knowledge and experience that will ultimately lead to positive feed back from all new customers. Some of my most recent work has been complete bathroom referbishments, flatpack kitchens, full room plastering, media walls (including electrics) facials and gutters, laminate and lvt flooring and hanging tvs on wall brakets. No job is to small for me to carry out.

M&A Property Specialists LTD is a family run business covering all aspects of Joinery and Building works. We thrive on the quality and finish of the projects we undertake. We have our own architects and structural engineers who provide all the required details for extensions, conversions and new builds. APL also organise all site visits with building inspectors to give customers peace of mind and a hassle free service. At M&A we use our own 3D CAD system in order to design any new kitchens we are to supply and install, we can include these in to Architecht plans to give you a visual of the room once completed. All our kitchens are high standard and all our doors we use are FIRA gold approved, we mainly use painted doors but if you want a more of a budget door we can use the vinyl wrap doors. About myself: I have been in the Joinery and building industry for 20 years with a huge vast experience in all trades and I know what to expect from various tradesmen from a finishing point. All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen. My main trade is joinery but in the 20 years of being in the building game I have gained the experience in each aspect in the building game which has its advantages when project managing a job whilst being on site working. Qualified NVQ city&guilds carpenter/joiner with plenty of experience in many aspects of the trade. Worked on residential, commercial and industrial jobs covering 1st, 2nd and final fix joinery. CSCS card holder, full hand and power tools. Multi skilled. Currently a team of two both fully qualified with 15 years experience in the trade.
