!! Highly recommended !! 5 star rating given for an excellent transformation of my hallway, stairs and landing, which required all walls to be skimmed and sanded prior to paintwork due to the poor condition of the walls when paper was removed. Spyros always arrived before start time, would stay longer when necessary if in the middle of a specific part of the job, cleared away all debris each day, vacuumed thoroughly and kept me fully informed of the additional costs incurred (skim/sand). Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

I cannot recommend Peter highly enough. He is super efficient, arrived punctually and completed the job in good time and kept us informed of the work in progress. His suggestions for the best outcome for our shower room refurbishment were spot on and we now have a much better than expected result. The work was finished to a high standard and he even cleaned up after himself.. I would not hesitate to recommend him and would be happy to employ him on a future project.

I needed to arrange some roof repair's remotely for my elderly parents, in a way that didn't cause them to worry unnecessarily. I never met Shane of SL Building Services, only spoke to him on the phone, but he managed the process in a way that more than sufficiently allowed for the work to be completed in a way that gave confidence to all. My parents didn't worry and the roof is fixed!

Quoted for job straight away & did all communication through email as I asked due to me having a stroke & not speaking very well. After accepting quote Tim arranged for all materials he required to be collected or delivered (without any money up front) & kept me informed at all times. Work was arranged within 2 weeks & carried out exactly as specified on the day & time arranged. Fantastic work at a competitive price & I would highly recommend.

We contacted several tilers to provide quotes for what was quite a substantial job. Paul from the very first conversation showed himself to be very knoweldgeable about the process for our need including floor preparation, materials to use and correct deployment of expansion joints. You can appoint this company with confidence. We found Tomley Paving through Rated People and will certainly be using them again in the very near future and will recommend. The project they undertook could have been daunting to a less experienced company.They excavated an area removing 45 tons of soil, built a retaining wall, laid a very large patio with three large feature steps into the garden. Beautiful. The area was left clean and tidy and Tom & Lee the owners were fully on board the entire project.

Adrian Louis of New Driveway Co. is very professional, helpful and sorts out any queries with good advice. The work I required, boundary fencing in 4 different styles, plus driveway gates, look really good; the materials are good quality and are fitted to a high standard. The price went higher, due to my estimate being on the low side for the size of garden, but with adjustments for less expensive driveway gates, etc. the overall cost was negotiated and acceptable. I'm a very pleased, happy customer!
