Zakir did mess up the job badly. On first day, he turned up with a guy with strong smell of weed, when I queried about it, he asked innocently ' Is it a problem?'. Thankfully, he later removed that guy from property. I hired him for all the good reviews but my job was done to a very poor standard. He rushed through job though I was asking him to do it properly. All LVT tiles were coming up next day. I tried calling him multiple times to come back and fix it but without any luck.

Kris from KPT Building was excellent. He was very prompt and worked quickly and neatly. He and a colleague took out our shower cubicle and fitted a new shower tray, replumbed the toilet and cleared a blocked pipe in the loft. It took less than 8 hours! He managed to salvage the old shower cubicle and refitted it perfectly. He was very efficient and we would highly recommend him.

Mariusz, (ML contractors), is an exceptional artisan. We needed repairs to a kitchen work surface and replacement of the mixer tap for our rental flat. See photo, he replaced a section of the work surface and fitted this and made good the repairs. So we also got him to decorate 2 rooms again the work was brilliant, efficient and reasonably priced. Can't recommend highly enough!! We will definitely use his skills again.

Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. I do painting,decorating and plastering .I am always dedicated to what I do and have never gotten a bad review . I live in Thorton Heath and have a lot of experience working in people 's houses. I have been working for 9 - 10 years so far.Recently I have been working on someone kitchen and they are amazed by our work.They told me to get it done before a specific amount of time but I got it done before that .The work I do never requires a clean up after.

Colin and team took on a tough job refreshing a top floor bathroom and adding in a shower to a compact space with low eaves,. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget.. Colin worked with me to provide options on fitments to suit style & budget and was honest when I was better off purchasing direct rather than through him. The job wasn't rushed and the finish is excellent. Also took on some external wiring work as well.

Bellhurst Construction gave me a very detailed quote and were able to start the job promptly. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. The team were polite and worked hard through some of the hottest days of the year! The end result is wonderful and really makes the most of the garden.
