Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

Iounut completed the entire flat and painted it to a very good standard..clean edges, attention to detail etc. He arrived punctually and worked efficiently without cutting corners, and the job was done within schedule. Tony and his friend Mario completed the bathroom full refurbishment on time. Work quality was very good at every level : starting from plumbing, tiling and final finishing. The rates were very competitive as well. Kept the house clean when the work was going on. Being impressed by his quality and openness, I gave them some additional work for my second bathroom. Overall I am very happy with his quality of work on competitive cost.

Atheca are just brilliant! A rare find. Thiago leads with an extremely amiable, professional, thoughtful, flexible, and meticulous service. He is competitive and transparent in his pricing, proactive on the job to suggest solutions where needed, and has superb attention to detail and pride in his work. I trusted him to work in my house and although his team don’t all speak English, he was always overseeing things and accountable and perfectionist. Couldn’t recommend more.
