Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Mick has completed a full bathroom refurbishment. He was amazing, really goes above and beyond and his workmanship is 5* Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to others. I’ve already asked him to complete other work within the house.

Sam & Jess were real pro's. They worked really hard installing me a new drainage channel to stop the passage way at the side of my house flooding every time it rained, They did find what appeared to be the old drainage which had been covered by several inches of concrete. They put in a new drainage system which looks very tidy and is doing its job already. They cleared up really well when they'd finished. I was very pleased with the job and would thoroughly recommend them. Also they were really nice people.

Small let down on the agreed start day to fit our doors, but this has been completely rebalanced and more by John Paul's reliability since and flexibility in working around and through many problems caused on our side due to damaged doors from the supplier, super-wonky existing door frames and a host of other unexpected glitches, all handled, within the original agreed price. There is still one more to fit when and if we get a replacement, but the ones he has done look great and fit excellently.

A very professional tradesmen, He was friendly, worked very cleanly kept me informed all the way. As I women on my own in the house I felt very comfortable in his company. The work he did is fantastic he exceeded what we were expecting so much so we asked him if he had time to complete another small project which he did brilliantly. Simon was great. He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, worked extremely hard, and carried out an excellent job. The finished product was far better than we had hoped. I woudn't hesitate to have him back for any other heating/plumbing job; excellent value.

A very respectful and hard working chap. I would most definitely recommend him - the job took longer than expected but the fee remained the same.
