But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.
