IKEA furniture construction services are £19.25 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50. Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Handyman services £20.00 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Packing services £20 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Removal services £30 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £205 - 7.5 hours Specialist/ Large scale Removal jobs: If I need to hire a MWB the rough rate is £40 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of £180.00. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of £200.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated. Please give the rough dimension of any key double height items that need to remain upright, such as a fridge freezer? In addition is it a two or three seater? Waste Removals services £35 per hour. Minimum call out charge £80 Special rate £242 - 7.5 hours Specialist Large-scale Waste Removals job: If I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Ben’s journey in construction started at an early age. He grew up on construction sites alongside his father, who had a long-standing background in construction and worked directly on government projects. This gave Ben an early understanding of construction that came from being around real projects, real trades and the realities of building. He later studied Architecture, developing a deeper understanding of design, structure and how buildings come together. During this time, his passion for timber and craftsmanship became particularly strong. He discovered that what interested him most was not only designing buildings, but actually creating them. Before establishing NOAH Construction, Ben also gained experience working for leading construction companies, where he was exposed to projects worth millions of pounds and was involved in works with values reaching approximately £10 million. This experience gave him an understanding of the organisation, standards and responsibility required on larger construction projects. NOAH Construction was then established as a way to build something of his own. In just three years, the company has progressed from delivering smaller projects to successfully undertaking works ranging from approximately £50,000 to £1 million in value. Today, Ben combines three important parts of his background: hands-on construction experience from an early age, architectural education, and experience working within larger-scale construction environments. His particular passion remains timber and craftsmanship, but his approach to construction goes beyond one material or trade. Very happy with the work carried out. Main part of the job was significantly pruning a large magnolia tree but also cutting back neighbours' yew tree and ivy that were encroaching into my garden.
