Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.

However, after completing about 80% of the work, Michael called to request an additional £95, citing a mistake in the initial quote. While I understand errors can occur, it's important to honour the original price, especially when clear photos were provided. It was very stressful and I had to pay extra money that I hadn't budgeted for.
