Robin arranged a time and date and came when arranged - also texting in advance to let me know he was on his way. Diagnosed the problem and explained what the issue was and provided a temporary fix prior to providing a quote for a permanent fix.

Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!

I wish all our tradesmen could be as good as Jo - he's an absolute star! Jo was punctual, kept in contact as we were trying to co-ordinate various tradesmen, flexible, reasonable and very very good at his job. It was a pleasure having him working at the house and would (and have) recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, tidy and diligent plumber. Thanks for the great work!

Ivan was fantastic. He sent me a text message with two quotes (different dependant on the work needed) based on the description & photo that I posted. This was perfect for me as I struggle to answer the phone with my job and it was great to know immediately what price range to expect. Ivan was flexible with the start date/time and worked around my busy work schedule, turned up on time and did the job to a high standard. Highly recommend and will use his services again in the future no doubt.

T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

I can't praise David Oldfield enough. He did a fantastic job, he was always happy and nothing phased him. He did encounter problems but always worked through them and the result was stunning.
