Really quick and clean work, very professional and tidy. Would highly recommend. Installed new boiler (in new location) and installed central heating on the top floor (3 radiators). Knew I wanted the job done quickly so arrived with 3 of his team and got it all done in one day!

I could not fault the service I received from Richards & White. When I explained we were hoping to get this job done fairly quickly they were very accomodating. They were able to complete the job and send me a full copy of the written report that same day; both by post and email. Although I never met with them personally (they were carrying out the job on a house I was in process of buying) they were very polite and helpful in all communications. I would not hesitate to use Richard and White again and would highly recommend them.

I decided not to go ahead with the installation as I have put my property on the market instead. However, I felt that the communication from the offset and quick response was good enough for me to feel that I would have gone ahead and had the job done by this company if circumstances had been different.

We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Excellent service. Got a quote on the Thursday, and the fitter arrived to install my boiler at 8.20 on the Monday. Work done to very good standard, and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend BeSure for any Heating/Boiler work

I'm pleased with the plastering services carried out by James and Nathan. Despite delays on our part, they were patient and even carried out some extra prep work for a reasonable fee. They work well as a team and the finish is very good, so much so, that at the end i asked them back for further work which was carried out both quickly and in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I'd certainly recommend them to others seeking the services of professional plasterers.

Scott refitted our small main bathroom. He offered helpful advice and alternative ideas which were most helpful. Scott was pleasant at all times. His quote was very fair and he was always punctual. We felt at ease to leave Scott with a key while we were at work. When a slight issue arose requiring attention outside of Scott's working schedule, he came to our rescue! He even changed over a tap in another bathroom at very short notice, We recommend Scott and would be very happy to use Scott's services again.
