Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

Ritchie was fantastic in terms of responsiveness to my task posting, quick in terms of quoting for the job, and he scheduled and completed the job within a very fast timescale.
