Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!
Chris has now done three separate jobs for me (fitting a gas meter, moving two radiators, mending a leaking bath and fitting a new toilet). He is quick to respond, fair in his prices, friendly and honest, efficient and does a good job. I will be calling him again and recommending him to friends. Really excellent.

Had great initial quote and got the job fitted in quite quickly, job taking longer than expected due to unforeseen issues, job is still incomplete and I am to say the least very unsatisfied with the quality of the work. May now have to get someone in get quote to rectify and finish the job.
