Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I did an initial review which was very good but having to change that now. After using the bath when we emptied the water it went all over the floor. I was promised someone would be out within the week to fix it. It has now been over a month, after chasing several times and being told it would be looked into, communication has been ignored completely for several weeks. So we are going to have to get someone else out to fix the job that wasn’t done right in the first place.
The contractor responded the same day,by visiting the property and estimated the work required. Work was carried out and completed the following day, all waste was removed and area cleared up afterwards. I was very happy with speed and overall positve experience, they were very accommodating to my needs as I work away I will definitely will use this company again.

He let us know if any issues or problems came up and was able to deal with them quickly.
