Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did. John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout, even when delays were caused by faulty supplies. He also gave excellent advice on materials and purchases. Very reasonably priced. Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him
