Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

The service was excellent. Artur came the day after I posted the job (the Friday), and true to his word, he and his team started the job on the Monday. The work was of excellent quality. They worked very cleanly, even going beyond the point of duty, moving articles out of the way. The work was completed within a week as promised and was of exceptional quality. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone for painting, decorating and building work. Well done.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

I want to thank Mariustz as he has done a great job. The initial job was for some doors trimming, but we agreed also on some other jobs which were needed such as changing the door side opening, locks change, putting biddings and corners and new architraves. He is very kind, detailed and generally a very nice guy to talk to. I will definitely ask him again to do some other works for me.
