Peter and his team (Mark and Chris) are professional and hard-working. We ultimately required unforeseen work due to old water ingress. Peter's team did not make a drama out of our mini-crisis and took it in their stride.Peter was great at liaising with us, always appraising us about what was happening next. Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard. I can highly recommend Versatile Renovations.
