Kris from KPT Building was excellent. He was very prompt and worked quickly and neatly. He and a colleague took out our shower cubicle and fitted a new shower tray, replumbed the toilet and cleared a blocked pipe in the loft. It took less than 8 hours! He managed to salvage the old shower cubicle and refitted it perfectly. He was very efficient and we would highly recommend him.

Dan at IdealDecor originally fitted a replacement lock to a store cupboard for me – great job. He then completed a half flat decoration while tenants were living there – not an easy task. We highly recommend David for decorating. We had just renovated a 2.5 metre square bathroom and had the finishing to complete, including: "mist" coats of base paint onto fresh plaster, ceiling, edging, and woodwork. David liaised with us on paint selection and collected it himself. He arrived on time for the job, and finished when he said he would. The end result was great. Other decorators might be "slightly" cheaper, but we will be re-hiring David for his quality work.
