8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

I’ve not been a member for five years on this website. I was on it possibly around five years ago. Only rejoined on the 4th of May 2023. Up till lockdown I had 5 1/2 months work in the diary within two days or cancelled. Unfortunately, some of the customers didn’t make it through that period. And before time installing bathrooms never really recovered, hence, I have re-joined this site to do more general plumbing and not concentrate on just bathroom for refurbishments.? Plumber with many years experience from changing taps to full bathroom refurbishment including tiling. Including underfloor heating double glazing installing joinery work and professional installing of PIR insulation. Originally had them to fix water feature which they did brilliantly and then decided to have my decking done in the grey pvc. Turned up on time and did an excellent job from start to finish. 2 top guys highly recommended

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.
